2.1.3 - Added methods to check whether widgets are to the left, right, above, or below and either aligned or all.

+ Added defining shape to BaseWidget
+ Added method to SpatialPositioningManager to retrieve widgets.

+ Cleaned up a few class names to adhere to the naming policy
+ Switched to the new namespace of dbc-annotations

~ Changed preference files to use the correct null check in Eclipse.
+ Removed code from the neverfear namespace as it was integrated rather than use a library. This required the removal of some tests. These should be reintegrated when the project was moved to maven and the library containing that namespace can be integrated correctly.
~ Changed some naming in the properties file.
+ Corrected some errors while doing code review.
+ Refactored some of the adapter code related to drops, lift, and updates to centralized code and reduce redundancy.
~ Preparing for a review of the drawing mechanism. Hence, changed some names in the Corona class and it's Image child.

+ Modified code to adhere to standards.
~ Added "REFACTORED" Task Tag for Nicolas to rework some classes
~ Enabled warnings should give rise do some warnings on Nicolas' side.

+ Moved all previous lu.tudor/ssi/kiss/tui packages to lu.list/itis/dkd/tui
+ Enforced version numbering [major].[minor]
+ Changed mail addresses to the @list.lu domain
+ Added a few annotations for Null ckecks where they were missing
- Removed a fed obsolete local Null check related annotations
+ Added a few commends where needed
