The reason for the problem was that minifying removes value-less tags. Such tags are however used by ui-bootstrap to create dropdown menus. Fixed by giving the tags a problem.

The CSTR database had the following value in variable M36 at position 248: 1,006.10. Apparantly R does not support this notation and converted the M36 variable to a factor variable. I looked at the values of the 248th contig, and it really seems to be that the value is 1006.10 so I fixed this an turned M36 into a numeric variable. As far as I can tell, this particular instance is the only case where a value gets higher than 1000.

We have now all the files to prepare the wrighton dataset, as well as the script to perform the preparation and to start the application. This should users give a good deal of information to prepare their own datasets.

This makes it a bit more clear to the user where we are in the preparation process. It takes a bit of time, so giving an update every now and then gives at least a hint of progress being made.
